Affiliate terms
Plain rules for earning commission by bringing families to Huh Lab Maths. By joining as an affiliate you agree to them.
Who can join
Anyone aged 18 or over. Joining is free and needs no approval. To be paid you need a DuitNow ID or a bank account in Malaysia, in your own name.
What counts as your family
A family is yours when it opens your link and then, on the same device and within 60 days, creates a parent account or subscribes. A family belongs to the first affiliate whose link it used, and that does not change. A family that has subscribed to Huh Lab Maths before cannot become anyone's. You cannot refer yourself or your own household.
What you earn
20% of each subscription payment we actually receive from your family, monthly or yearly, after any discount and before tax. At the price of US$38.88 a month that is US$7.78. On the yearly plan (US$427.68) it is US$85.54, once, when the year is paid.
In a calendar month (Malaysian time) in which five or more of your families make their first payment, every payment you earn from that month pays 30% instead of 20%. A first payment that is refunded or disputed does not count towards the five.
How long you earn
For as long as that family's first subscription runs with no missed payment. If the family cancels, or a payment on the subscription fails, your commission for that family ends there, even if the payment later succeeds. If the family subscribes again afterwards, the new subscription does not earn commission for anyone.
When and how you are paid
Each amount becomes payable 21 working days (Monday to Friday) after the family's payment. We pay what is due by DuitNow or bank transfer to the details on your affiliate page. Commission is counted in US dollars and paid in Malaysian ringgit at the exchange rate we get on the day we pay. Your affiliate page shows every line, when it becomes payable, and every payout with its reference.
You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. We may ask for your full name and identification before a payout, and can hold a payout until the details are right.
Refunds and disputes
If a payment is refunded in whole or in part, the commission on it is reduced or removed to match. If that commission was already paid to you, the amount comes off your next payout. A disputed (charged-back) payment is treated as fully refunded and ends that family's commission.
How you may promote
Honestly. Say what the product does; do not promise marks, grades or results. Do not send spam or unsolicited messages. Do not present yourself as Huh Lab, as our staff or as an official representative. Do not bid on "Huh Lab", "HUHLAB" or misspellings of them in search or social advertising. Do not offer families money or gifts to subscribe through your link. Follow the rules of the platform you post on, and the law where you are.
Suspension
We may suspend an affiliate who breaks these rules or whose referrals look fraudulent. Commission earned by breaking them is not paid. Commission earned properly before a suspension is still paid when it becomes payable.
Your information
We keep your name, email address, payout details, the money lines and the payouts, because they are financial records. You never see who a family is: your page shows amounts and dates only. Deleting your Huh Lab account removes your sign-in but not these records while money is owed or was paid.
Changes and law
We may change the commission, the target or these terms for payments received after the change; we will post the change here and email affiliates first. Payments already earned are paid on the terms in force when the family paid. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions: support@huhlab.com.
