Plain rules for using Huh Lab Maths. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can have an account
Accounts are for adults: a parent or legal guardian. Children play under a profile that the adult creates and is responsible for. Anyone may play without an account; nothing is saved to our servers in that mode.
What it is
A mathematics practice game. Questions are generated by our own software and are written to match the Cambridge Primary and Cambridge IGCSE curricula. Huh Lab Maths is independent: it is not affiliated with, published by, or endorsed by Cambridge University Press & Assessment, and it does not reproduce examination papers. It supports learning; it does not replace a teacher and does not promise an examination result.
Subscription
The price is shown in US dollars before you pay. There are two plans.
Monthly. The monthly price is charged on the day you subscribe. A family's first subscription gets 15 extra days free: its first period runs for one month and 15 days, and the next payment is taken at the end of it, then every month until you cancel. We email you three days before that payment. The extra days are given once per family.
Yearly. The price of eleven months is charged on the day you start and covers twelve months. It is charged again once a year until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from the parent panel and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We will tell you in advance if the price changes.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy within 30 days of your first payment, email support@huhlab.com from the address on your account and we will refund every payment you have made, in full, and cancel the subscription. This applies once per family, to its first subscription. It ends when a reward is approved on the account: once a reward has been claimed, payments are no longer refundable under the guarantee.
Points and rewards
- Points are awarded by our servers for progress in learning. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be bought, sold or transferred.
- Rewards are offered at our discretion and need an active subscription on which at least one payment has been made. Each one is approved by the parent from a link we email them, and the reward (for example a gift code) is sent to the parent's email address, never shown to the child in the game.
- Rewards are limited to a total of 500 Robux per subscription per calendar month, all children together. Points you do not spend are kept.
- Rewards supplied by other companies (for example gift cards) are subject to that company's own terms and regional availability. Those companies do not sponsor or endorse Huh Lab Maths. Roblox and Robux are trademarks of Roblox Corporation; we name them only to say what the gift card is.
- We may change or end the rewards programme. Points earned by cheating, automation, or tampering with the game are void, and the account may be closed.
Fair use
Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or to reach another family's data. One account is for one family.
Characters and content
Bit, Huh, and everything else in the game belong to us. You may play, share links and post screenshots. You may not copy the game or its questions into another product.
If something goes wrong
We work to keep the questions correct and the service available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from the parent panel. If a subscription is still running, cancel it first on the billing page (it opens from the same panel); the account can be deleted straight after. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
